Staying COVID-19 Secure
We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment.
Our cleaning, handwashing & hygiene procedures are in line with government guidelines.
We have taken reasonable steps to help staff work safely.
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain social distancing in our venue.
Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
We will maintain a temporary record of all guests and visitors to our venue. The records will be held for 21 days.
We will close the venue indoors between 16:00-17:00 to sanitize.
In an emergency, for example, an accident or fire, people do not have to stay 2m apart if it would be unsafe.
Accessing & moving around our venue
A supply of hand sanitiser will be provided in-close proximity to the main entrance, access points and toilets for use by all persons.
People from the same household can sit indoors or outdoors and do not need to social distance.
People who are able to form a “support bubble” in line with government guidelines can also spend time together without the need to observe any form of social distancing.
Groups consisting of up to two households (including support bubbles) can sit indoors or outdoors, as long as the households within the group observe social distancing guidance.
Toilets will be limited to 2 guests at any one time.
Outdoors up to a maximum of 6 people from any number of households can eat and drink as a group as long as they observe social distancing guidance.
Bookings will be limited to 2-hour time slots
Social interaction should be limited with anyone other than those in the immediate group that customers are attending the venue with. Even if customers know other guests they should be discouraged from mixing between groups.
Gloves are free to take, please ask a member of staff.
